Return Policies

Honeycomb Beauty is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. We do not accept any returns but will gladly accept exchanges for all products within 5 days from delivery date in unused, unopened, original packaging.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. We strongly suggest taking photos of your items upon delivery if the item or box was received damaged or opened. To complete your exchange, we require purchase receipt and invoice with products from the order displayed.

Once received, we will process your return and a store credit will be issued to your account. You will be notified via email once your store credit has been processed.
All return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated automatically prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping method options and the associated pricing. We will ship your order shortly after payment is received.

Order Delivery

We offer complimentary next day delivery for all orders over $75.00 placed by 12pm EST with a delivery address within a 20 mile radius of our location. Once you enter your zip code, your shipping and delivery options will be displayed for you to select the best option that suits your needs

In Store Pick-Up

In store pick-up is available for all orders placed online. When making your selections, the pick-up time will be selectable for your convenience. When you arrive for your pick-up, please call the store at 585-957-6884 and provide your last name.
